Services, workers, and the messages between them. Retries, idempotency, and backpressure are part of the design, not a follow-up ticket.
Data engineering and pipelines
Getting data from where it happens to where someone can use it, without the numbers quietly changing on the way. Kafka and Snowflake are used when they fit the pipeline, not as decoration.
Cloud on AWS, GCP and Azure
Deployment and operation on Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. The cloud follows the system, including one you already run.
