Approach
Scope in writing. Then the build.
Plusone Technology builds custom software and AI systems. The method below is how an engagement runs. It is not a set of results, and it is not a promise about a system we have not seen.

- 01
You write the problem
An email is enough. What the system has to do, what already exists, and anything it must not do. We reply during US business hours.
- 02
Scope and price, in writing
Before work starts, the scope and the price are agreed in US dollars. If the edges are still unclear, the first piece of work is the writing that makes them clear.
- 03
You share the least access
Code, data, or an environment. We don’t ask for your passwords. We only use material you own or are licensed to use.
- 04
Build in slices you can review
You see the work at the points we agreed. A slice is something you can run or read, not a slide about a system that does not exist yet.
- 05
A person checks AI-assisted work
AI can draft, generate, and edit where it saves time. A person checks that work before you are asked to approve it. Nothing about your business gets invented, and AI-altered output is labelled where it matters.
- 06
You approve, then it changes
Nothing is published or changed in your accounts without your approval. Handover includes the decisions, not only the code.
What this method does not include
- No testimonials, client logos, or awards.
- No invented percentages, uptime figures, or “projects delivered” counts.
- No ranking, sales, or ad-performance promise.
Questions first? That’s fine.
